Hi, I’m Sophie Ow. I’m a property manager, entrepreneur, MBA, and J.D. candidate dedicated to delivering thoughtful, high-quality housing solutions in the Bay Area.

Before founding Solana Property Group, I built a career in tech, most recently serving as an Intern Program Manager at Waymo, where I led university recruiting and program operations for one of the most innovative teams in autonomous driving. I also helped launch a recruiting automation startup, gaining hands-on experience in building systems that scale.

With a background spanning real estate operations, tech recruiting, and startup leadership, I bring a multidisciplinary approach to property management. I’m currently pursuing my J.D. and studying to earn both my real estate and broker licenses, with the long-term goal of building a full-service firm grounded in trust, transparency, and care.
